Headquarters Cancellation Policy
At Headquarters, we value your time and the dedication of our skilled professionals. When an appointment is missed or cancelled on short notice, it impacts both our team and other clients waiting for an opening. To help us respect everyone's schedule, all bookins are subject to the following terms:
Standard Services (Haircuts, Facials, Waxing, & Shaves)
Free Cancellations: You may cancel or modify these appointments without charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
Color & Chemical Services
24-Hour Policy: Because color and chemical services require extended time blocks, cancellations or modifications made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No-Shows: If you do not show up or cancel your appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).
Late Arrivals: To ensure we don't run into the next guest's appointment, late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s), even if there is not enough remaining time to complete them.
Important Reminders
Short-Notice Bookings: Appointments booked within a 24-hour period are immediately subject to these cancellation policies.
Confirmations: As a courtesy, automated confirmation texts and emails are sent 48 hours in advance. Please reply to confirm; unconfirmed appointments may risk being released to other clients.
Taxes: Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted for all fees.
