Salon Manager/Social Media

Shelby loves being able to greet our clients at the door as an HQ receptionist. Her love for social media and creating community is what brought her to Headquarters. She is a huge fan of country music, which you are sure to hear in the salon. She strives to expand her social media presence and is working on developing her own fashion brand.

Receptionist

Favi is the warm, welcoming presence at our front desk who takes care of both our clients and our team with genuine kindness. Whether it’s her impeccable customer service or her daily “Riddle of the Day,” she never fails to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Originally from Miami, FL, Favi moved to Tyler and is pursing her nursing education. When she’s not brightening the salon, she enjoys going to the gym and taking care of her lash clients.

Stylist

Angi is one of the original hairsylists here at HQ. Angi specializes in razor cuts and scissor over comb. Her attention and belief that you are her best advertisement is the thing that elevates her haircuts. If you are looking for something creative or you don't know what to do with your hair, Angi loves a good challenge.

Stylist

Katie recently relocated to East Texas from North Dallas. She has been licensed since 1995; she was even a hairstylist on a reality TV show!!! She welcomes and loves the challenge of a good Fade and has spent the past couple years perfecting her craft in Men’s cutting. She is a dog person to her core and you can find her jamming out to some country or HipHop whenever it comes on at the salon.

Stylist

Eli graduated cosmetology school in 2009 and has been behind the chair ever since. She enjoys all men's cutting, but excels in fades, scissor cuts, and even loves the occasional flat top. She is known for her attention to detail with her biggest satisfaction coming from being able to fix “bad“ haircuts. On her off days she loves to spend time with her husband, working in her garden, and the occasional DIY project.

Barber

As a passionate barber at Headquarters Salon, Corban specializes in beards and offers a full range of hair services. His goal is simple: to help every client look and feel their absolute best. Whether it’s a fresh fade, a beard trim, or a complete style transformation, Corban is here to deliver quality, confidence, and a great experience every time.

Stylist

With 11 years of experience in the industry, Sarah is a licensed cosmetologist, passionate about creating sharp fades, classic barber cuts, clean tapers, and so much more. Sarah believes a great haircut can do more than just change your look—it can boost your confidence and help you take on each day feeling your best. Her goal is to make every client leave her chair looking fresh and feeling unstoppable.

Owner

Caycie graduated from the Aveda Institute Dallas in 2011. Soon after, she moved to East Texas and found a home at Headquarters. She was given the amazing opportunity to purchase HQ in 2018. She continues to service her clients behind the chair, while focusing on developing systems to build strong stylists and taking HQ to new heights.
